The YMCA has been providing leadership programs for teens for more than 100 years.  Though the activities may have changed over the course of time, the goals remain the same.  They are to provide teens with opportunities for leadership development, personal growth, service to others and social development.  Topics include:  communication, teamwork, problem solving, planning and organizing, health and safety, philanthropy and fundraising, group dynamics and volunteering.
